For Alvin the Avocado, it's always easy being green!

The delicious poster child of the Blackbutt Avocado Festival is dying to visit the Kumbia Country Festival! Alvin is a big supporter of all things South Burnett, so are we very excited to have him!

While he’s here to promote the Blackbutt Avocado Festival (on the following weekend), Alvin is looking forward to checking out everything Kumbia has to offer. We reckon he'll be green with envy at our car and machinery show, get his slice of fun at the kids’ activities and mash it up at our market stalls!

You’ll be sure to 'avo' a good time with Alvin – and if we’re lucky, he might even show off his avo-thletic skills in the Hay Bale Relay!

So make sure you come and say hello to Alvin the Avocado in the afternoon and watch him guac' n' roll to live music!

Pet Policy

A little note about furbabies...

We understand how much your four-legged friends mean to you, but for their safety and the well-being of all festival attendees, we kindly request that pets be left at home for this event. Due to the presence of livestock, as well as expensive machinery and vehicles, the festival grounds are not the ideal environment for pets. However, registered service animals are welcome. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a safe and enjoyable festival for everyone. Thank you for your support!
